We are on the lookout for someone with a passion for inclusion and driving improved outcomes for people with disability through the media.

The Program Coordinator role is a new position for Attitude Foundation. The Program Coordinators’s day to day will entail working in conjunction with the CEO, Advocacy Manager and volunteer board (who are based in different locations across Australia) managing the operations and projects of the Foundation.

The role is part-time (3 days per week). The Program Coordinator can work remotely, anywhere in Australia. The role will be initially offered as a 12-month contract with further extension depending on funding and operational requirements.

Major responsibilities

  • Project management, oversight and evaluation
  • Support data collection in line with grant funded project requirements
  • Support with communications and social media
  • Provide administrative support to the board and CEO
  • Manage change and ensure organisational efficiency
